Music is Life
This quote is significant to me, personally, because I believe that music IS life. While others might not understand the feeling, from the moment I was born, I have felt a special connection to music. From dancing around as a toddler to the latest Billboard hits, to singing my heart out on an 80s rock song at karaoke night, to falling asleep to the sweet sound of 90s country ballads, I have always noticed that I have felt a deeper rooted relation to music than my peers. Listening to songs, I hear more than just the strum of a guitar or the emotion in a voice, but the uplifting sound all together. Music is the glue to my life, and that is one of the main reasons I am a singer/songwriter.
